General Cancellation Information
Cancellation by Client: Client must provide handwritten cancellation request 120 days prior to event to receive full refund of deposit. LATE CANCELLATIONS: Client must provide handwritten notice with signature of cancellation request at least 60 days before the Event Date; We will only provide 50% refund in the case we are able to the rebook the date, if we are not able to rebook the date, no refunds will be returned. If the event is cancelled within 60-day mark and we are not able to rebook, the full booking amount is due immediately. There are no exceptions with the cancellation rules.
Postponement: The Client may postpone the event once, subject to the Service Provider's availability. Any postponement must be agreed upon 90 days before the original Event Date. The Deposit will be applied to the new date if we have availability.
